Metro N°7 La courneuve-8 mai 1945 + Bus 152 – SUNDAY “La Courneuve” stop of the 152 bus line will resume its service at 3:00 pm, before this time, you can pick up this line at the “Rue Rateau” stop

SHUTTLES
By creating a Cashless account, you will also be able to purchase your shuttle ticket between the National Air and Space Museum – Paris-Le Bourget and Porte de Pantin. At the end of the festival, the only thing you’ll have to do to access the return shuttle (from 11pm, one way) will be to show your Cashless wristband. To buy your shuttle pass for Saturday and/or Sunday, you must first create and top up your account to the amount of your choice below, the option will then be offered to you. The shuttle pass costs 9€.

The National Air and Space Museum is located on the site of the Paris – Le Bourget Airport, within 10 minutes of Paris on the A1 motorway. Second bus stop (line 350) after the Porte de la Chapelle. It is also accessible from the N2, the metro (M7) and the RER B + Bus (line 152).
Book your accommodation: Airbnb, Hotel or Hostel, near the festival. You can make your reservation from the platform directly, and at the best prices! We remind you that wild camping in the car parks is strictly forbidden.
FOLLOWING THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE FESTIVAL, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND IN MAY 2022. HOW CAN I GET REFUNDED FOR MY TICKET?
We will inform you soon. Your tickets remain valid for the new dates of the festival. But you can also ask for a refund if you wish:
- Via Paylogic: If you purchased your ticket via the Cercle ticketing, you have received an email (to the mailing address used for the payment) from Paylogic regarding the refund process. If you are unable to attend, you have until 25th July 2021 to request the refund of your tickets via Paylogic’s refund form. Your tickets will be refunded within 1 to 2 working months after the closure of the refund requests.
- Via TicketSwap: If you purchased your ticket via TicketSwap, you havereceived an email (to the mailing address used for the payment) from Ticketswap regarding the refund process. If you are unable to attend, you have until 25th July 2021 to request the refund of your tickets via Paylogic’s refund form. Your tickets will be refunded within 1 to 2 working months after the closure of the refund requests.
CAN I BUY A TICKET FROM SOMEONE?
Addressing the reselling problem, the ONLY way to get a valid ticket is through the TicketSwap platform here, with whom we have a partnership, which limits the ticket price and has real-time access to the barcode database to check whether the ticket is good. When you buy a ticket on TicketSwap, you will receive a brand new ticket (new barcode), in your name.
Also, the best way to fight scams is not to buy tickets on the black market. Firstly, you encourage the system, and secondly, you may be denied entry. If your barcode is not valid or has already been scanned at the entrance, you will NOT be able to enter the festival.
HOW CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?
You can resell your ticket easily and safely on TicketSwap here, you can chose to sell it publicly or to someone you know via a private link.
WILL I BE ABLE TO USE CASH ON THE FESTIVAL SITE?
No, the festival is 100% Cashless. More info here.
CAN I LEAVE THE FESTIVAL SITE AND COME BACK LATER THE SAME DAY?
Unfortunately no, any exit is final.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL?
Yes, the festival is forbidden to minors, even accompanied.
IS THERE ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
The festival is organized to welcome people with reduced mobility (accompaniment upon arrival). To organize your visit, please write to us in the Contact section.
ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE FESTIVAL?
Unfortunately, our dear animals are not allowed on the festival grounds.

The lockers ” In front of the entrance – before the security check ” will allow you to store forbidden items inside the festival (complete list bellow). Be careful, any exit is final and these lockers aren’t accessible once inside the festival grounds, so don’t leave anything you might need during the day.
The “Festival” lockers will be located after the entrance and the security control, and will be accessible during the whole festival.
